Veteran Trial Lawyer Mark Werbner Honored in Best Lawyers 2023
DALLAS – The publishers of Best Lawyers in America have recognized Dallas trial attorney Mark Werbner of Werbner Law in its 2023 edition as one of the best in the nation.

Mr. Werbner has long been respected as a leading trial lawyer. His 30-year career speaks for itself, with approximately 150 cases he has tried to verdict. His most notable was as lead co-counsel in a groundbreaking international case, Terror Victims v. Arab Bank. In that case, he earned international acclaim for winning a federal jury verdict against the bank that had provided terrorists with financial support. For the first time in U.S. history, a foreign bank was found liable for materially supporting terrorism.
Mr. Werbner won a U.S. Supreme Court ruling in 2015 involving patent infringement, with the original jury verdict named as one of the top 10 verdicts in Texas by VerdictSearch and Texas Lawyer.
His accomplishments have earned prestigious legal honors, such as recognition by the business lawyers guide Chambers USA for his commercial litigation work in Texas and the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He was selected as one of 50 attorneys inducted into D Magazine’s inaugural Best Lawyers Hall of Fame, placing him among the most respected and influential professionals in North Texas. Mr. Werbner has also earned consistent recognition by Benchmark Litigation and Texas Super Lawyers.
