Werbner earns repeat Chambers USA recognition for his expertise in commercial litigation 

DALLAS – International legal peer review guide Chambers USA has recognized veteran trial attorney Mark Werbner of Werbner Law for his representation of clients in commercial litigation in Texas and the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Published by London-based Chambers and Partners, the Chambers USA guide is compiled through selections based on a rigorous search process that includes interviews with clients and lawyers. Mr. Werbner is known as one of the best trial attorneys in Texas and the nation. He was recently inducted into D Magazine’s inaugural Best Lawyers Hall of Fame – one of 50 attorneys selected, placing him among the most respected and influential professionals in North Texas.

In a career spanning more than 30 years, Mr. Werbner has tried approximately 150 cases to verdict, with his most notable being lead co-counsel in a groundbreaking international case, Terror Victims v. Arab Bank. In that case, he helped secure a federal jury verdict against the bank that had provided terrorists with financial support. The verdict marked the first time in U.S. history that a foreign bank was found liable for materially supporting terrorism.

In 2015, he won a U.S. Supreme Court ruling in a patent infringement case. VerdictSearch and Texas Lawyer included the original jury verdict as one of the top 10 verdicts in the state.
