Veteran Trial Attorney Mark Werbner on KXAS NBC 5 Dallas Discussing Guy Reffitt Verdict

A jury has convicted Wylie, Texas resident Guy Reffitt for his role in the Jan. 6 Capitol riots, in the first trial of hundreds of cases. Werbner Law founder Mark Werbner spoke to KXAS NBC 5 Dallas and says this verdict sends a message to the other defendants. “There is a high degree of risk in going in front of the jury. I think as a result you are going to see a lot more plea agreements in the coming weeks.”
